Present Magazine Kansas City Voice

In Italy, if you say 'Kansas Ciy', you remember our great Alberto Sordi (actor).
Well 2 days ago I was surfing on the net and I saw this Magazine (PresentMagazine.com) full of photos about Nature. Spring is here and I'm photographing the world around me. Why not send some pictures?
I didn't known if This magazine was international or not and I sent my photos to Pete.

Well Pete replies to me after only an hour and He said 'While we normally focus on publishing material with some connection to Kansas City since we're a locally-based online magazine, your images are so colorful and striking that it would be a pleasure to feature them in our Take Your Shot series'

Drawing with Flu

When you have the influenza You can do a few things...You can sleep if your nose says yes (and my nose says NO and every 3 minutes I cough and cough, bleah), You can watch TV...but watching TV doesn't relax me..or you can read books or you can draw. I read and I draw, on my sofa

my world is full of strange people, fun people that live into the flowers and around the flower and on trees. My flu, I know, fly away if I draw! bye bye...

A day, a jewel, many colours

Today, after many days of rain, the sky was a crystal blue

Even now that the sun is setting, the sky is wonderful, like a blue jewel

I adore the winter,

but today I smell a very inviting air of Spring...


Wonderful!
I am the earth, I am the sky, I am Winter, I am Spring. I smell Nature, I eat the air, I see the sounds of the earth.

I have worked on this brooch for 10 hours, I used mother-of-pearl, paua shells, weaved silver wire and silver charms and beads (a little dragonfly, a little frog, a sugilite stone, also known as luvulite)
This is my thanks to the Universe that has created so much beauty!
