A Journal in Paris

Paula McKay isn't only a great customer but she is a great friend and for her special travel to Paris I created a notebook for her...

Here paula near the Tour Eiffel with my Journal (with Tour Eiffel!)

She is so charmant! and my Tour Eiffel is good near the 'real' Tour..right?

Paula is a jewelrymaker and I wear some of her jewels...she has a wonderful shop on Etsy with Steampunk & Vintage-Styled jewelry.

...and this is the JOURNAL '2011 Paris'

Gufobardo interview

Gufobardo is the name of my shop ,"gufo"(owl) as a symbol of longevity and wisdom,"bardo" (bard) coming from the longbards, people that crossed the regions of my origins, Friuli and Puglia. My passion is the unwelded weaving of copper and silver thread (and silver wet with gold),and the use of semi-precious stones....

III Step:'Chained' Wedding

In Selargius (near the city where I live, Cagliari), there is 'the selarginus wedding': bride and bridegroom are chained with a chain during the Ceremony...well, my project is a ring for the bride and a bracelet for the bridegroom...but if you are a single, your wedding is with yourself!:O)

ring and bracelet can be divided

II Step:Wedding bracelet...or ring? or chain?

Sardinia has great traditions about Wedding Jewels...I'm working on a special jewel for a unique and creative wedding

a ring with a bracelet:
you can wear only the ring or only the bracelet..

I reinvented the concept of Wedding ring: a chain that binds a bracelet with the ring, like the Selargius's Wedding where bride and bridegroom are chained with a chain.

This jewelry is made in honor of female vanity and grace.

stay tuned....
