This is a north italian recipe (Lombardy)...with eggs, almonds, white flour, 'polenta' flour (maize flour as used in Italian cookery), sugar, butter, baking powder, 'amaretto' liqueur (Italian liqueur having the flavor of almonds ) and...love. The name of the recipe is 'love-amor-polenta'
